o yayyy random new characters

This guy will probably have an actual decent ref one day, but for now I just needed to get him out of my system so here's this shitty doodleref.

He is not connected to any of my headworlds, he just randomly popped up in my mind one day :I He's not really a character, either, cause he doesn't have any sort of personality or history so far. All we know is that somewhere, a dragon is missing a leg and a tail.

Also he does have a mouth, the line of his mouth just isn't very visible when its closed. His mouth is all white inside- tongue, gums and teeth, the whole shebang. No eyes, ears are just tiny lil holes.
